I want to be understood. I am sure we all want to be understood. I read about Jesus and He is and was the most misunderstood person in the history of people. Yet...I do not see Jesus trying to explain Himself to everyone. He was fully set on doing what the Father told Him to do. Isn't that what our eyes should be on? Not on a pat on the back from Dad or Boss or sibling or spouse or friend...but a well done from our Father. Our King of Kings. I wonder how different things would be if we would stop trying to please all the people around us...and truly set our heart and mind on God's ways and will. I wonder.
