Matthew 4:4 (Amplified Bible)
But He replied, It has been written, Man shall not live and be upheld and sustained by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God.
I have been meditating and meditating on this verse. I cannot be upheld or sustained by the things that are here in this world. His Word...is what upholds me and sustains me.

What power resides in but one word, or one sentence from God's collection of words for us. No wonder it's such sustenance!
